A: We welcome adults of all ages to join our classes. The minimum age is 16 with parental consent.
Q: What do I need to wear for my first BJJ class?
A: Wear a clean, well-fitted gi (uniform) if you dont have one, come in jogging bottoms and Tshirt . If it's a no-gi class, wear comfortable, snug-fitting athletic wear like a rash guard and shorts.
Q: Do I need any prior martial arts experience to start BJJ?
A: No, BJJ is suitable for beginners with no previous martial arts experience. In fact, many people start BJJ with little to no background in martial arts.
Q: Is BJJ physically demanding?
